1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StoneHeritage's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

StoneHeritage provides monument and memorial craftsmanship services, including but not limited to:

• Custom monument design and creation
• Headstone and grave marker production
• Memorial restoration services
• Custom engraving and artwork
• Installation services

3. Orders and Quotes

All orders are subject to acceptance by StoneHeritage. Quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on final design specifications, materials, and cemetery requirements.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon completion before installation
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

4. Design Approval

Customers must review and approve all design proofs before production begins. Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees. StoneHeritage is not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or other information provided by the customer and approved in the design proof.

5. Materials and Workmanship

We use high-quality materials and stand behind our craftsmanship. Natural stone may contain variations in color, texture, and veining, which are inherent characteristics and not defects.

6. Installation

Installation services are subject to:

• Cemetery regulations and approval
• Weather conditions suitable for installation
• Site accessibility and ground conditions
• Payment in full before installation

7. Warranty

StoneHeritage warrants our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover:

• Natural weathering and aging of materials
• Damage caused by vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters
• Improper maintenance or cleaning
• Movement or settling of ground

8. Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by StoneHeritage remain our intellectual property. Customers receive a non-exclusive license to use the design for their memorial only.

9. Limitation of Liability

StoneHeritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
